Februar – Russland hat angefangen die sogenannten Absperrkommandos einzusetzen, die in die Rücken der eigenen Armee schießen, damit prorussische Terroristen und russische Soldaten den Rückzug nicht antreten – zu den Zeiten von Putin ist alles so, wie es einst zu den Zeiten von Stalin war. Den Rückzug der Terroristen neben Wuhlehirsk haben die Einheiten der Dzerzhynskyj-Division von den Inneren Truppen des Ministeriums für Inneres der Russischen Föderation verhindert, so der Sprecher des Nationalen Sicherheitsrates Andrij Lysenko.

3. Februar – "Heutzutage gibt es auf der Krym in der Tat keine Printmedien in der ukrainischen Sprache, keine offiziellen Versionen der regionalen und kommunalen Massenmedien auf Ukrainisch. Im krymischen Fernsehen ist nur eine der früheren vier ukrainischen Sendungen geblieben. Man blockiert ukrainischsprachige Internet-Ressourcen für die Bewohner der Krym," so die ukrainische Menschenrechtsbeauftragte Walerija Lutkowska.

"Nachdem der letzte KW-Zug aus Russland angekommen war, stieg die Häufigkeit und die Intensivität des Beschusses. Das bedeutet offensichtlich, dass man den Terroristen die Munition gebracht hat. Denn es entsteht die Frage, wo die Terroristen sonst so viel Munition gekriegt hätten – der Beschuss hört ja fast nie auf."

Februar – Im Stabquartier der NATO erwartet man, dass die Russische Föderation in der nächsten Zeit die weiteren Territorien, die nicht anerkannt wurden und die infolge der Konflikten unter der Teilnahme Russlands entstanden sind, versschlingen wird. Das berichtete ein hochrangiger Beamte, der nicht genannt werden will, im Interview mit den Journalisten.

3 лютого – Росія почала використовувати загороджуючі загони (російською мовою – заградотряды), що стріляють у спини своєї ж армії, аби проросійські терористи і російські солдати не відступали – при Путіні все як при Сталіні. Відступ бойовиків під Вуглегірськом стримували загороджувальні загони дивізії внутрішніх військ МВС РФ ім. Ф. Дзержинського – речник АТО, полковник Андрій Лисенко.

3 лютого – "Сьогодні в Криму фактично не залишилось україномовних друкованих ЗМІ, офіційних версій регіональних та комунальних ЗМІ українською мовою. На кримському телебаченні залишили єдину українську програму з чотирьох, що існували раніше. Відбувається блокування україномовних інтернет-сайтів для жителів Криму", – Уповноважена Верховної Ради України з прав людини Валерія Лутковська.

3 лютого – У прес-центрі АТО заявляють, що після чергового "гуманітарного конвою" Путіна кількість обстрілів і їхня інтенсивність знову зросла – речник АТО Олександр Мотузяник. "Після того, як з РФ надійшов черговий російський конвой, кількість обстрілів і їхня інтенсивність значно зросла.Тобто фактично, їм привезли боєприпаси. Бо виникає питання, звідки в бойовиків стільки боєприпасів, якщо обстріли практично цілодобово не припиняються".

3 лютого – В штаб-квартирі НАТО очікують, що ближчим часом Російська Федерація продовжить поглинання невизнаних територій, які утворилися внаслідок конфліктів за участю самої РФ. Про це повідомив під час спілкування з журналістами високопосадовець НАТО, який попросив не називати його ім'я.

3 лютого – Президент України Петро Порошенко планує зустріч з генеральним секретарем НАТО Єнсом Столтенбергом наприкінці поточного тижня. Про це повідомила речниця альянсу Оана Лунгеску.
